Dosing by weight: the soft chew chart, written out
Our joint and digestive soft chews are dosed by body weight, the same way your vet writes a prescription. Getting the number right matters more than the brand of treat you hide it in — too little and you’re paying for a formula that can’t do its job.
Weigh your dog if you can (a bathroom scale works: weigh yourself holding them, then subtract), then use the rows below.
- 01
Critical Joint Relief
Under 25 lbs: 1 chew daily. 26–50 lbs: 1 chew twice daily. 51–75 lbs: 2 chews twice daily. 76–100 lbs: 3 chews twice daily. 101 lbs and over: 4 chews twice daily.
- 02
Critical Digestive Restore
Under 30 lbs: 1 chew (5 billion CFUs). 30–60 lbs: 2 chews (10 billion). 61–90 lbs: 3 chews (15 billion). 91 lbs and over: 4 chews (20 billion).
- 03
Starting out
For sensitive stomachs, start at half the chart dose for the first week and step up. Give chews with a meal.
- 04
When to recheck
Re-weigh every few months, especially for seniors and dogs on a weight-loss plan — the chart moves with them.
Keep the jar next to the food bin and the chart on the lid. That’s the whole system.
